After contacting Personal Trainer Jack Wayne in January 2022 with the thought of booking in, I didn’t actually see him until June 2022. Why? I was scared of change. I was scared of the realisation my body had gone to pot. I was scared of the pain. I thought, I’m ok, I’ll just buy bigger clothes. I can get away with it… New year's resolution? Nope.. I was content to eat, drink and be merry…as I always had. It wasn’t until I was potentially facing more back surgery, that the penny dropped. I needed to lose weight and strengthen my core, and pretty quickly. I met with Jack in June and explained my ailments. There were many: herniated discs (plural) in my lower spine. Recently broken wrist and ankle, to name a few. He was confident that I could strengthen my core, lose 25lbs (my goal), and have Sarah Connor T2 arms (another goal) if I did and ate what he said. Also, I'm not a spring chicken, maybe late summer. Ageing can be a drag but Jack was right all along. I have just completed a 12 week transformation with him. I stuck to the program like glue. Eating was easy and I was never hungry! AMAZING! I kept a food diary (including sending Jack pics of every meal). Jack’s menus were easy to follow and delicious. Life is great when you don’t have to think, ‘what am I gonna eat’? Walked 12k – 15k steps per day and trained three days per week with him. That was it! Well not quite….There is no way I could have done all this without the constant guidance, wisdom and direction from Jack Wayne. He knows his stuff! Believes in his clients’ ability 100% and that confidence and belief held me every step of the way. I wouldn’t have done it…NO…I couldn’t have achieved what I did without him. If you are lucky enough to be in his program for any length of time, your body, mind and stamina will thank you. I actually cried on my way home on the final day of training! And I’m not a sissy chick….he’s just that good and that special. Also funny as hell and definitely easy on the eye 😊
